The Relationshift Program FAQ

How do I reset my password?

If you go into settings, there is an option to reset your password on the Login screen. Tap on "Change password” and enter the new password. You need to repeat your new password to verify it.

What happens to my content when I finish the program?

We hope you will continue with our monthly Relationshift® program. However, we also believe that you should be in control of your content. If you want to request that we permanently delete your content, just email us at info@therelationshift.com

Are photos and recordings taken inside of The Relationshift® private? Where do they go?

All of the things you share with your partner in The Relationshift® is stored at our servers. The Relationshift® has its own photo album, so you can keep the photos that you and your partner take private. If you want to save content out of the app to use elsewhere, you can tap and hold an image for the option to save to your photo album.

Can you run the program with more than one person at a time?

No, The Relationshift® only allows you to be connected to one person at a time. Our goal is to create very personal connections between two people. If you would like to link with another person, you have to start a new program with your new partner.

I have an Android phone, and my partner is using an iPhone. Can we use The Relationshift®?

Yes! Our program works on both software platforms.

Is it possible to sign up as an individual?

Yes, however you need a partner for most of the exercises and you will get the maximum value out of the program when you do this together with a partner
