Communication

Not a lot of couples will deny that communication is such an important element in their relationship. And knowing that it is not easy to “talk the same language” makes it a topic where we can all use some help. During this 21 days you will understand the love language of your partner and realize that an important part of communication is simply listening.

Intimacy

Every relationship needs intimacy. Some people even say that it is hard to maintain a relationship without it. Regardless of whether it is a physical or an emotional intimacy, your relationship will suffer without it. Within The Relationshift® program you will find several exercises that will help you (re)discover how you and your partner think about this part of your relationship.

Mindfulness

Many studies show that Yoga & Meditation have a positive effect on your physical as well as mental health. Mindfulness presents a valuable tool for facing daily challenges of staying connected with your partner. It allows you to be more centered and calm, so you can deal with issues when they occur. As you and your partner become more mindful, both of you will achieve a greater sense of inner peace that is beneficial for yourself and the people close to you.
